SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure that your order is not lost in the mail, all packages will be sent out via Registered Mail, and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery.
Once your merchandise has been delivered to the carrier by La Moxie, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise, as well as any additional taxes and duties. La Moxie is not responsible for any additional fees charged by customs. Should you decide to refuse any shipments from La Moxie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the packages (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to La Moxie. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Domestic Orders (Singapore)
La Moxie chooses to charge a flat fee of SGD 3.50 for payment via bank transfers, regardless of the number of items purchased. However, for payment via our shopping cart and Paypal, we charge a flat fee of USD 2.60.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship within Singapore via SingPost, and packages generally have a delivery time of 2-4 days. Should a package be too bulky or heavy, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees where necessary.
International Orders
La Moxie chooses to charge a varying range of shipping costs according to your region.
All prices are in US Dollars, and an extra fee may be charged for heavier items.
Brunei & Malaysia 3.50 per item, 1.00 per extra item
China, Indonesia, The Philippines & South Korea 7.00 per item, 2.00 per extra item
Everywhere else 10.00 per item, 3.00 per extra item

Should you require quicker shipment, do inform us at ORDERS@LA-MOXIE.COM and we will advise you of additional shipping charges. Should a package be too bulky or heavy, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees where necessary.
