DOMESTIC ORDERS
We accept orders from Singapore via email, with payment via bank transfers to our DBS/POSB bank account. Please email your chosen items, with the corresponding colour or size, to ORDERS@LA-MOXIE.COM.
Upon receiving your order, we will issue an invoice, informing you of your charges in SGD. As our prices are listed in USD, we will charge according to the exchange rate published on Google's Currency Converter.
For payment via bank transfers, La Moxie chooses to charge a flat postage fee of SGD3.50 for all orders, despite your total number of items. Once an invoice has been issued, payment is expected within the next 24 hours.
Should you be unable to do so due to a valid reason, please inform us. Please do note that if we do not receive your payment within the 24 hours, you will be blacklisted as a buyer.
However, should you prefer to use our shopping cart system to place an order, we accept payment by major credit cards or PayPal account transfers, through the use of PayPal services. For payment via Paypal, La Moxie chooses to charge a flat postage fee of USD$2.60 for all orders in Singapore, despite your total number of items.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship within Singapore via SingPost, and packages generally have delivery time of 2-4 days.
Should a package be too bulky or heavy, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees where necessary. To ensure that your order is not lost in the mail, we only ship via registered mail using the Singapore Post service. Each package will have a corresponding tracking number and signature once shipment is confirmed.
We do not provide the service of self-collection or meet-up. All sales are final, and we are unable to allow changes in or cancellations of orders.
